CCClub Days

Various Dates Throughout the Summer

Prices Vary

Students who are enrolled in our sister program (CCClub) or AAC students who have paid for the ALL IN ADVENTURER package may attend these themed days throughout the summer when space permits.

On our "Mountain Days," students will practice outdoor skills and best camping practices. We will have games, activities, and lessons. These days will build upon each other and culminate with a full-day adventure to a mountain lake for kayaking and swimming.

Our "Water Wednesdays" will have students traveling to an indoor aquatic center with a wave pool, diving boards, water slides, and more.

Cave Day

May 29th 11:30am - 8:30pm

$50 ($40 Early Bird before May 1st)

From Tom Sawyer to true stories, adventure and caves seem to go hand in hand. The students will have plenty of time to explore, play games, and embrace their imagination as we venture into a natural underground cave system. We will learn about different types of caves, possible rapid formation, cave structures, and the water cycle.

Water Day/Tsunami Night (Beginning of Summer)

May 30th 11:30am - 11:30pm *Early Drop Off Available

$75 ($60 Early Bird before May 1st)

One of our favorite activities for over 15 years. We will gather at our home base camp for water games and activities before driving to the aquatic center for a night of fun, food, music, and swimming. After arriving back to Tucson, parents may choose to pick their students up late (11-11:30pm) at our designated location or the students may continue to travel with us for a night of camping in the mountains.

Parents can arrange an early drop off for even more water day fun (inquire when registering).

ULTIMATE ADVENTURE

June 16th - 20th

$475 ($375 Early Bird before May 1st)

Our Ultimate Adventure is the one we all look forward to. Some of the best memories are made during this week of camp, as we pull out all the stops and try to offer as much as possible. While we are offering "big ticket" activities like boating and tubing, after years of experience and asking dozens of former campers, we have found that the students remember and enjoy just being at our campsite the most. We fill the days with activities like ziplining, paintballing, treasure hunting, and more, but we also balance the need for simply exploring and playing with friends. We allow the students to have freedom while maintaining high behavioral expectations. We finish each day with a life lesson and time for reflection.

We know there are many summer "camp" options for students and parents out there, but what makes Arizona Adventures Camp different is the character of our adults and the experience we bring to the table. If there is only one adventure your student can attend this summer, this is the one to choose.

California 7 Day

Advanced Adventure

June 12th - 18th (Back Early Morning on the 19th)

$675 ($600 Early Bird before May 1st)

Our BIGGEST Adventure ever is the choice for older students who have been with us for years or those who are ready for big thrills. We are starting off with big plans including camping on the sands of the beach on Catalina Island and River Rafting near Sequoia National Park, however, this will be the trip where spontaneity and adventurous attitudes will dictate our next moves and we are leaving our options open for a one-of-a-kind bonding and memory-making experience guaranteed to last a lifetime. We will likely visit several beaches and outdoor hot spots like Yosemite, Sequoia, and popular swimming holes. We will also consider thrilling amusement parks like Six Flags Magic Mountain or Knotts Berry Farm.  As with life, several variables (including cost, weather, and time) will determine precisely what we are able to do and when, but we expect an unforgettable adventure.

Mountain Camping & Beach Trip

July 20th - 22nd Sunday 12pm

$175 ($125 Early Bird before May 1st)

On Sunday July 20th we will leave Tucson and head for sunny San Diego. We will leave at 12 pm (so our church going families have no excuse to miss a service😄) and go to our group campsite in the mountains outside of San Diego. We will spend the evening participating in our classic camping activities (Tents, Games, Ghost Stories, S'mores, and More)

Monday we will head to the Beach for a full day of fun. Boogie boarding, bike riding, sand castles, and boardwalk games and rides await those students who join us on this epic end of the summer adventure.

Paqua Park and H2Whoa

July 23rd

$125 ($100 Early Bird before May 1st)

$200 for Both Wednesday and Thursday ($160 Early Bird before May 1st)

An exciting day in the Phoenix area where we will climb, bounce, balance, slide, and swim at challenging  at the Inflatable Obstacle Course at Paqua Park. Then we will travel to the other side of the lake to slide down the tallest floating water slide in the world at H2Whoa.

There is a good chance this trip will be combined with the Salt River Tubing adventure on the following day. For planning purposes, parents should count on this being a day trip. However, once we have our final registration, we will consider staying overnight. If it is determined to be in our best interest to stay overnight we will provide transportation for those who can not join us, but, we would have to cancel a return trip to the Salt River for those students going home. If this happens, a refund for Thursday would be issued.

Salt River Tubing*

July 24th

$75 ($60 Early Bird before May 1st)

Parents may register for Salt River Tubing, but, understand it may be included with our Wednesday trip as part of a two day adventure. Interest and registration will determine if we travel to the Phoenix area two days in a row or stay overnight. Refunds will be given if we cancel this trip as a stand alone day trip.

Water Day/Tsunami Night (End of Summer)

July 25th 11:30am - 11:30pm

$75 ($60 Early Bird before May 1st)

The second opportunity for students to attend one of our favorite activities.

Tanque Verde Extended Care "CCClub" Connection

If not for CCClub we would not be where we are today. We started within their program. Many of our current students have come up through their high-quality program. Their support, insight, ideas, and wisdom are very much appreciated and valued.

We will often times collaborate with and host events for the students of the CCClub. Students in need of full day childcare or a quality summer day camp program should consider registering for CCClub at Tanque Verde Elementary School.
